Grey paper background, and all images are cropped automatically to fit this design. Click on a thumbnail, you will see it's not cropped on the main image page. This is "coded" to behave this way, in order to display consistently. Pictures are taken in both portrait and landscape view and addressing different shapes in a photo gallery has to be addressed. I apply a few different ways to do this, depending on the design and investment in photos.
